How long does shipping take?

All items are handmade and typically ship within 3–5 business days.
You’ll receive tracking once your order is on its way.

Are your items handmade?

Yes. All items are designed and handmade by me in small batches.
Because of this, small variations may occur — that’s part of what makes each piece unique.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade nature of the items, returns and exchanges are not accepted, unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and I’ll be happy to help.

Can I request a custom or personalized item?

Commissioned pieces may be available depending on timing and scope. Please note that all custom work must be processed through a custom listing.
